KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) ” Police in Jamaica say a French woman has been arrested at an island airport and charged with attempting to smuggle cocaine. The Jamaica Constabulary Force on Sunday identified her as 33-year-old Emillie Legros. They say she told investigators she was a musician and gave a Jamaican address.
