Blakkman hosts charity event for the Seaview Gardens Community [Full Video]
On Sunday October 28th, dancehall artist Blakkman hosted his second annual Seaview Gardens Neighborhood Assistance Project. The Seaview Gardens Neighborhood Assistance Project was started in 2017. The project received tremendous support from some of Dancehall’s top acts including Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Dexta Daps, Ghost, I-Wayne, Fantan Mojah and Blakkman himself .
“The objective of this event is really to give back to the community,” Blakkman said. “I grew up in poverty, and even though I am not where I want to be yet, I am using the platform that I have to do some good. We are giving out over $300,000 in scholarships and we’ve received 25 bunk beds from a United States company named Disc-O-Bed that we will also be giving out to needy families”
