Two killed in crash along Queen’s Highway
Two men lost their lives on the Queen’s Highway at the border of St Ann and Trelawny on Friday evening. They have been identified as Hugh Henry, a mechanic in the parish while the other person the passenger was only identified as ‘Chef’.
According to reports, the two men were traveling in a white Nissan A. D. Wagon when the driver collided with a blue pick up.
At about 6:30 P.M the driver of the A. D. Wagon exited the intersection at Bengal Estate and drove onto the highway into the path of a pick up.
Henry , the driver of the A. D. Wagon, was taken to hospital where he died while undergoing treatment, while ‘Chef’ – the passenger, had to be cut from the vehicle.
He died on the spot.The driver of pick up, was unharmed.
